Richel has over 20 years of experience in various senior Corporate legal and Compliance related roles in the Luxembourgish Financial services industry. She has an extensive experience in managing teams, being responsible for client companies, which have to be compliant on AML and all other Regulatory matters. Richel has been a board member for over 10 years in a variety of client companies and held mandates of MLRO, RC and RR.
