Throughout her consulting experience, Laura Nietrzeba worked as RC/MLRO for a support PSF. She is experienced in helping professionals to comply with recent regulatory developments. She also worked on several AML/KYC remediation projects, either as support to the second line of defense or acting as Senior Project Manager, in charge of driving and delivering end-to-end projects, including the implementation of target processes, organizational changes, tool improvements and training delivery. She has been involved in Transfer Agent, Fund Accounting and Depositary oversight for various UCITS and AIFs, reporting directly to C-level executives.
