Hugo has nearly 25 years of experience in Financial Services operations, regulations and digitalisation. Through senior positions in Asset & Wealth Management, Asset Servicing and Banking, Hugo has built a strong expertise in operational strategy, process automation, fund distribution, outsourcing and offshoring, operations oversight, system implementation, AML/KYC, operational risk management and digital transformation. 

Since 2017, Hugo has been chairing Working Groups of the Association of Luxembourg Investment Funds, focusing on Transfer Agency and Distribution Operations.

He is also lecturer at the University of Luxembourg, giving classes of “Introduction to the Luxembourg Fund Industry” and “The Luxembourg Fund Industry Operations”.
